Pora: help and contact
Pora is available in Poland, in Polish. This page is a translation of the Polish version, which is binding if the two differ. The app itself is in Polish only, so the names of its screens and buttons are given below in Polish, with the English meaning.

How do I move my entries to a new phone?
Your entries are in your iPhone backup. Restore the new phone from the backup (iCloud or a computer) and Pora will have all your data.
How do I delete all my data?
In the app: "Ustawienia" (Settings), "Dane i prywatność" (Data and privacy), "Usuń wszystkie dane" (Delete all data), then "Usuń wszystko" (Delete everything). All entries will disappear from this phone. This cannot be undone.
If you have turned on writing to Apple Health, the copies of your entries in Apple Health stay there. You can delete them in the Health app: Profile, Apps, Pora.
How do I connect Pora to Apple Health?
In the app: "Ustawienia" (Settings), "Dane i prywatność" (Data and privacy), the "Apple Zdrowie" (Apple Health) section. "Odczyt" (Read) brings your period, symptom and temperature history from Health into Pora. "Zapis" (Write) makes your new entries go to Health as well. The first time, iOS will ask for your permission. If Pora cannot see the data or cannot write, check access in the Health app: Profile, Apps, Pora.
Why is the forecast a range of days?
Cycles differ from one another. Pora shows the most likely day and a range calculated from your recent cycles. Details are in the app: "Ustawienia" (Settings), "Jak liczymy prognozy" (How we calculate forecasts).
I am not getting reminders
In iPhone Settings, check that Pora is allowed to send notifications (if it is not, in Pora "Ustawienia" (Settings), "Powiadomienia" (Notifications) will show "Powiadomienia są wyłączone" (Notifications are turned off)), and open the app from time to time: reminders are scheduled again each time you open it.
Face ID lock will not turn on
The lock needs a passcode on the iPhone. Set one in iPhone Settings, under Face ID & Passcode, and then turn on "Blokada Face ID" (Face ID lock) in Pora.
